Stressed? Who, Me? You’ve Got to be Kidding!
This workshop gives us the opportunity to STOP our busy-ness; REFLECT, RECOGNIZE and UNDERSTAND the differences between stress and wellness. We will have an opportunity to identify our own coping skills and learned behaviours which may or may not be working for us and explore alternative strategies for achieving balance.
With this new information, we can develop a plan for change; identify the first action steps necessary to implement this plan, and COMMIT to initiating the first step in the plan.
Patricia Collie is a graduate of the Canadian Institute of Stress/Hans Selye Foundation and is currently studying Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction developed by the Massachusetts Medical Centre. She brings over 25 years experience in the legal field in a variety of settings, and a rich background of experience and knowledge regarding challenges for individuals and companies maintaining balance in life and work.
