Ballroom Boot Camp: Beginner Level 1 & Level 2
Cha-Cha, Mambo, Salsa, Rumba, Merengue - we've got it all!!
This low-impact ladies’ exercise class will incorporate some basic ballroom & Latin dance moves to help you increase your overall fitness level through muscle-toning & cardio. The Tansley Loft will be transformed into "Boot Camp" with the music cranked up & the Tansley women making connections.
What better way to get in shape than with your Tansley friends. Come with an old friend & aim to make some new ones too!
Beginner Level 1:
Ballroom Boot Camp Level 1 is a BEGINNER class -- no dance experience is required!
Level 2:
For those ladies who have completed the Boot Camp Beginner Level, this class will continue to build on the foundation of basics you learned in Level 1.
Cha-Cha, Mambo, Rumba & Merengue will continue to be offered, as well as an introduction to the steamy Samba! Get set to sizzle!!
You must have completed Ballroom Boot Camp Level 1 in order to register for this group. Dance experience is required!
