 Spiritual Director, Miriam Frey is interested in helping individuals grow in their understanding of, and relationship to God. This interest was born out of volunteering in Kenya, Africa for three years where she watched missionaries struggle with their faith while having few spiritual resources. Miriam has experience in facilitating workshops, leading retreats and teaching spirituality courses at the university level.  Serving as a spiritual guide for professionals, Miriam is the Director of the Ontario Jubilee Program in Spiritual Formation and Spiritual Direction (www.jubileeassociates.ca). She lives in Kitchener, Ontario and is a member of a Mennonite congregation, serves on the leadership team of Spiritual Directors of Ontario and Spiritual Directors International.
